Senior Accountant at Trico Residential

Take the lead in financial reporting as a Senior Accountant for Trico Residential Inc. This full-time role demands full cycle accounting expertise and will have you working closely with the VP Finance.

In this position, you'll handle financial statements, month-end reconciliations, and preparing audit-ready documentation.

Your role is crucial in supporting the operations of the single-family division while navigating a dynamic work environment. Experience in the home building or property management sectors is a definite plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle accounting for single-family division

• Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations

• Conduct detailed analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts

• Assist with year-end working papers and audits

• Document and maintain complex financial policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required

• Minimum 2 years of senior accounting experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset
