Become a Bookkeeper at The Tax Savers, located in Calgary, Alberta. This full-time, on-site role focuses on precision in financial record-keeping and transaction management.
In this entry-level role, you will maintain accurate financial records, manage daily entries, and reconcile various accounts. A diploma or degree in related fields is required, along with proficiency in accounting software. Your detailed-oriented nature and superb organizational skills will ensure high levels of accuracy while collaborating with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily financial records and transactions
• Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Assist with payroll processing
• Communicate with clients regarding financial matters
Requirements:
• Accounting or Finance diploma/degree required
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience with Quick Books and Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail in tasks
• Must be located near Calgary, Alberta
