• Coordinate and issue project progress billings

• Review budget vs actual costs and project variances

• Maintain job cost records across all key areas

• Assist with month-end project financial reconciliations

• Improve billing processes and data accuracy

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related

• 1–3 years in construction or project-based accounting

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI

• Familiarity with project billing and cost management

• Strong analytical and communication skills
