Country Hills Kia – Opening Soon in Northeast Calgary  Country Hills Kia is excited to be opening the doors to a brand-new dealership in Northeast Calgary, and we are looking for a Payroll & Accounting Administrator to join our team from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a current dealership launch, help build processes, and grow your career within a modern, fast-paced automotive environment. We are seeking someone who has dealership accounting experience and is eager to continue developing their skills.

This role offers a blend of payroll and dealership accounting responsibilities, providing valuable cross‑functional experience across several areas of the business.

Candidates with existing payroll experience
Accounting professionals who have a strong interest in payroll and are looking to develop their expertise
We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates initiative, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn.

Key Responsibilities  Payroll   Processing bi‑weekly and semi‑monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Maintaining employee payroll records and documentation.
Administering payroll changes, deductions, benefits, and remittances.
Assisting with year‑end payroll reporting and compliance requirements.
Responding to payroll‑related inquiries from employees and management.
Accounting   Accounts Payable processing and vendor statement reconciliations.
Accounts Receivable administration and customer account maintenance.
Posting invoices and journal entries.
Reconciling accounts and assisting with month‑end procedures.
Supporting various accounting and administrative functions as required.
Requirements   Previous automotive dealership accounting experience preferred.
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience within a dealership environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a growing team.
