Saturn has an opportunity for a full‑time Master Data Analyst for the accounting team, based in the Calgary, Alberta office. Reporting to the Team Lead, Master Data, the Master Data Analyst will be responsible for:

Set up and maintain all cost center, AFE and vendor master data in Qbyte FM.

Communicate updates to all departments through email and respond to all queries on master file maintenance.

Assist capital group with ensuring all AFE’s are available for use when approved.

Prepare journal entries to reverse/rebook AFE and cost center charges when working interest changes are identified.

Work together with operations groups to develop processes and procedures for maintaining allocations to ensure costs are being allocated to wells accurately.

Additional duties as required.

Candidates for this position will possess the following qualifications and competencies:

Advanced knowledge of Qbyte FM

Solid understanding of operations, capital and joint venture accounting.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Effective verbal and written communication

Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
