As a vital part of project operations, you will manage accounts receivable, oversee subcontractor payments, and support month-end reporting. Your knowledge of financial applications, especially JD Edwards, along with advanced skills in Excel will be essential for the success of project financials and ensuring cost compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support project managers with financial reporting
• Coordinate the accuracy of billing and invoicing
• Ensure timely processing of payroll and timesheets
• Review costs for compliance with purchase orders
• Monitor subcontractor payments and commitments
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant project accounting experience
• Proficiency in JD Edwards and Excel functions
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
