Key Responsibilities:

• Process and match purchase orders with invoices

• Verify compliance with existing AP policies

• Analyze and address supplier payment discrepancies

• Prepare reports on payables for management

• Reconcile significant ledger accounts, including utilities

Requirements:

• College Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

• At least 2 years of accounting experience

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Strong quantitative analysis and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
