Pursuit Audit Clerk Position in Banff

Take on the role of Audit Clerk with Pursuit at our Banff location. This part-time seasonal position focuses on cash handling and ensuring audit compliance.

As an Audit Clerk, you will report to the Cash Control Supervisor, assisting in the reconciliation and verification of cash and credit transactions. This role also involves preparation of invoices and billing error resolutions, highlighting your analytical skills and attention to detail in all aspects of accounting. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with cash handling and audit standards

• Retrieve and verify various cash and credit transactions

• Prepare billing requests and invoices for guests

• Balance petty cash float and manage cash machine duties

• Follow up on variances with departmental staff

Requirements:

• Cash handling experience and some accounting knowledge

• High accuracy in financial transaction management

• Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and Outlook

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Consent to a criminal record check in accordance with policy
