This permanent role focuses on capital projects, inventory oversight, and governance of accounts payable and receivable. Collaborate closely with operational leaders to ensure financial accuracy and compliance while driving impactful initiatives that support wildlife conservation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial oversight of capital projects accurately
• Approve capital-related purchase orders as per policies
• Analyze monthly project spending against budget forecasts
• Oversee compliance of accounts payable transactions
• Review inventory reconciliations for financial accuracy
Requirements:
• Chartered Professional Accountant designation required
• Minimum 3 years in accounting with project management
• Familiarity with computerized Accounting Systems required
• Experience in not-for-profit accounting preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
