Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly management of the general ledger

• Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts

• Coordination of year-end audit documentation

• Processing recovery invoices accurately

• Updating tenant lease billing and reports

Requirements:

• Accounting degree or diploma required

• Minimum three years of commercial real estate accounting

• Enrollment in an accounting designation program preferred

• Advanced Excel capabilities required
