This Senior Accountant role requires a CPA, CA, or CMA designation alongside 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting. As an essential team member, you will prepare and review financial statements, conduct detailed analyses of accounts, and ensure compliance through effective account reconciliations. Collaborate with colleagues for seamless financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand financial reporting structures and accounting systems
• Review and prepare monthly financial statements
• Analyze income and balance sheet accounts for variances
• Perform complex account reconciliations and monitor internal controls
• Prepare T5013 schedules and assist with audits
Requirements:
• CPA, CA, or CMA designation essential
• Over 5 years of accounting experience required
• Solid analytical and critical thinking capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with Agresso/Unit 4 ERP considered an asset
