Position: Experienced Accountant at Avenue Living
Avenue Living Asset Management is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support our robust financial operations. This role focuses on full-cycle accounting in a dynamic organizational environment.

We are dedicated to recruiting a confident Senior Accountant with a minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience. You will manage the end-to-end financial processes, including general ledger activities, financial statement preparation, and payroll management. This is an exciting opportunity to create structured, practical financial operations within a rapidly growing investment management firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute full-cycle accounting activities

• Prepare timely monthly and annual financial statements

• Oversee accounts payable accuracy and compliance

• Manage cash flow, banking, and treasury activities

• Train operational staff on financial policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA required

• 5-10+ years of independent accounting experience

• Strong technical accounting expertise and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills for non-accountant interactions

• Experience in agricultural or biological asset accounting preferred
