Senior Accountant Inventory Management

Join a leading team as a Senior Accountant focusing on inventory management and reconciliation. You will ensure accuracy across locations and systems while analyzing costs and supporting operations.
This role requires a CPA designated professional with 4 to 7 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution. You will be key in maintaining inventory subledgers, managing intercompany transactions, and supporting costing activities. Your analytical and communication skills will enhance collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and reconcile inventory subledgers for accuracy
• Monitor inventory movements and investigate discrepancies
• Support costing activities and update landed costs
• Partner with operations to validate physical inventory results
• Prepare month-end close schedules and journal entries
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
• 4-7 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of inventory principles and ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
