In this hybrid position, you're expected to leverage your 2+ years of external vendor audit experience. You will analyze vendor invoices against commercial contracts, identify billing discrepancies, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. Key to this role is a strong analytical mindset coupled with exceptional communication skills, enabling you to drive measurable results in resolving complex billing issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review vendor invoices for billing discrepancies and compliance issues

• Collaborate with vendors to resolve disputes and recover over payments

• Analyze large datasets from SAP and ERP systems

• Maintain detailed Excel workbooks for audit tracking

• Document findings and prepare clear reports for stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years vendor audit experience

• Proficient in Excel with strong analytical skills

• Experience with SAP or ERP systems

• Excellent communication abilities
