Key Responsibilities:

• Administer full-cycle semi-monthly payroll for employees

• Process payroll transactions and resolve inquiries swiftly

• Prepare payroll reporting and year-end reconciliations

• Maintain HRMS payroll records and employee data

• Collaborate with Finance on payroll reconciliations

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of full-cycle payroll experience required

• Proficiency in Workday is highly desirable

• Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation is an asset

• Strong Excel skills for reporting and data analysis

• Knowledge of Canadian Payroll legislation and tax laws
