Position: Contract Vendor Audit Expert
Match Box Consulting Group is on the lookout for a Vendor Audit Specialist in Calgary, AB. This contract position emphasizes analyzing complex vendor invoices and improving compliance across the supply chain.

Ideal candidates possess at least 2 years of external vendor audit experience. This role enables you to critically examine vendor billing, identify overbilling, and engage with stakeholders to ensure effective dispute resolution. Your strong Excel skills and analytical aptitude are essential to success in tracking findings and implementing continuous improvements in the audit process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze vendor invoices against contract terms

• Resolve discrepancies and recover over payments effectively

• Gather and analyze data from ERP systems and Share Point

• Create and manage detailed Excel reports for audits

• Support continuous process improvements in vendor audits

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years external audit experience

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Proficient in Excel and large dataset management

• Familiarity with SAP or equivalent ERP systems

• Legally authorized to work in Canada
