As a Public Practice Manager, your expertise will guide multiple client engagements while you lead a team dedicated to excellence in audit and advisory services. Your responsibilities include fostering client relationships and mentoring younger team members, underpinning a client-oriented approach while contributing to the firm’s growth initiatives and strategic planning efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee audit, tax, and advisory engagement planning

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with proactive communication

• Mentor and develop team members through coaching and training

• Provide insights on current accounting standards and practices

• Support firm-wide initiatives: budgeting, process improvements, and business development

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• At least 5 years in accounting, tax, or audit roles

• CPA designation required

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Quick Books Online

• Strong detail orientation and excellent communication skills
