Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify crude invoices and purchase statements

• Communicate with customers and vendors professionally

• Enter disputes related to rail companies' invoicing

• Monitor dispute resolution on Right Angle issue log

• Perform general administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Full-time student in Accounting or related field

• Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel

• Customer service experience preferred

• Willingness to relocate for an 8-month term

• Ability to provide three references
