Accounts Receivable Analyst

Join S.i. Systems as an Accounts Receivable Analyst, based in Calgary with a hybrid working model. This role focuses on invoicing, collections, and cash reconciliation, contributing to financial accuracy.

With over 3 years of relevant experience, you'll support the Finance team by managing client invoicing, monitoring collections, and ensuring that bank reconciliations are performed timely. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and send timely, accurate client invoices

• Follow up on receivables and manage payment collections

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve variances

• Enter journal entries into ERP systems

• Support AR improvements to drive efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
