In this senior accounting role, you will perform full cycle accounting, manage cash flow, and prepare accurate financial reports. Your expertise in accounting software like Yardi or MRI will play a crucial role in streamlining financial processes for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full cycle accounting for high-volume workloads

• Prepare timely financial reporting packages for clients

• Research and resolve complex accounting issues

• Ensure fixed asset ledgers are accurately maintained

• Support internal and external audit processes

Requirements:

• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred

• 1-3 years of direct accounting experience

• Proficient with Yardi, MRI, or similar software

• Strong MS Office skills required

• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
