ECO Canada is seeking a performance-driven Accountant to report to the Director of Finance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the environment and hands-on experience in accounts payable, credit card transactions, and month-end closing. Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable invoices and credit card transactions

• Prepare sales invoices and monitor outstanding receivables

• Record and reconcile revenue from online payments

• Maintain prepaid expense schedules and amortizations

• Support month-end close activities and general accounting functions

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Accounting or related field

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience

• Proven expertise in accounts payable and reconciliations

• Proficient with MS 365 or similar accounting systems

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
