Position: Cushman & Wakefield Property Administrator Job

This role entails daily processing of tenant transactions, reconciliations, and general administration for a retail and office portfolio exceeding 2.0 million square feet. You will track tenancies, prepare reports, assist in budgeting, and maintain communication with property management. A well-organized and motivated individual will fit seamlessly into this role, contributing to efficient portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tenant rent collection and miscellaneous deposits

• Reconcile tenant accounts and apply cash accurately

• Track tenancies across office towers and retail spaces

• Prepare detailed arrears and collections reports

• Assist with budget data entry and reporting

Requirements:

• Degree focused on accounting or related field

• Minimum 5 years of accounting or administration experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MRI systems

• Criminal Record Check required
