Director of Tax Strategy

Lead and shape FYihealth group's tax strategies as the Director of Tax in Calgary. This key role entails overseeing tax compliance, planning, and reporting for Canada and the U.S.

As a vital member of the FYihealth group, you will manage all tax matters for our rapidly evolving organization. You will develop effective tax strategies, evaluate implications of acquisitions, and drive compliance across multi-entity structures. Your leadership will empower a high-performing tax function that aligns with our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide tax strategy

• Evaluate tax implications of acquisitions and organizational changes

• Identify process improvement opportunities

• Lead initiatives to optimize tax rates and responsibilities

• Monitor legislative tax changes across jurisdictions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• CPA designation and 10+ years of tax experience

• 5+ years in leadership positions

• Deep expertise in Canadian corporate tax

• Experience in cross-border planning and compliance
