As a Senior Associate at RSM, you will play a pivotal role in the Consumer Products Assurance team. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating complex financial audits, developing industry expertise, and supervising Audit Associates. You’ll engage with clients to ensure a seamless flow of information, identifying audit issues, and delivering insightful feedback on financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate audits of complex financial statements

• Develop an understanding of clients’ business needs

• Train and supervise audit associates effectively

• Address client concerns proactively

• Prepare insightful financial statements and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• Active CPA license or working towards it

• 2–3 years of assurance experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and auditing software

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
