In this position, you will provide exceptional client service while developing industry expertise and overseeing audit associates. Your responsibilities will include utilizing RSM's Global Audit Methodology and identifying key accounting issues and performance improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate audits of complex financial statements

• Train and supervise Engagement Audit Associates

• Interact effectively with clients and audit teams

• Communicate significant accounting matters to management

• Prepare client deliverables like board communications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• Active CPA license or progression towards obtaining it

• 2-3 years of assurance experience in public accounting

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and auditing software

• Strong analytical and project management skills
