Position: Corporate Accounting Manager at UFA

As a vital part of the Finance department, this managerial position at UFA requires a strong partnership with key business leaders to optimize financial performance. Your expertise will facilitate accurate financial transactions, robust internal controls, and insightful reporting. In this role, you'll manage budgeting and forecasting, mentor team members, and ensure compliance across accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the integrity of accounting processes and internal controls

• Produce timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders

• Respond to executive leadership's data and analysis requests

• Support budget and forecast processes alongside business partners

• Drive process improvement and financial system enhancements
Requirements:

• University degree in accounting, finance, or business

• 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience

• 3-5 years in leadership roles or projects

• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and financial modeling

• Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration
