In this senior role, you will harness over seven years of accounting experience to oversee acquisition integrations and ensure compliance with ASC 805. You will lead a team of three, setting a high standard for accuracy and professionalism in all financial activities. Clear communication with leadership and auditors will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead acquisition integrations following ASC 805 guidelines

• Manage the full monthly, quarterly, and year-end close cycle

• Prepare and review financial statements and investor reporting

• Enhance the general ledger and financial record-keeping

• Guide and support the development of direct reports

Requirements:

• 7+ years of accounting or finance experience

• 4+ years in a management role within accounting

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred

• Experience with lease accounting is an asset

• Proficiency in an ERP system;
Net Suite is a plus
