Petro China Canada is seeking a Production, Revenue, Royalty Accountant in Calgary. Elevate your career by managing critical financial processes at one of the world's prominent energy firms.
In this pivotal role, you will engage with the finance department to deliver full-cycle production accounting for the Simonette facility and its wells. Your expertise will ensure compliance with both internal and government reporting standards while conducting necessary reconciliations and supporting audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle accounting for oil, NGL, and gas production

• Collaborate with various teams on financial reporting changes

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and Petrinex submission requirements

• Perform detailed monthly reconciliations and audits

• Foster continuous improvement in financial processes
Requirements:

• Relevant business degree with accounting emphasis

• CAPPA certification necessary

• Over 10 years’ experience in gas plant production accounting

• Strong analytical skills and regulatory knowledge

• Proficient in PAS, SAP familiarity is beneficial
