Accountant for Sunwing Vacations

As an Accountant, you'll report to the Senior Manager, Sunwing Accounting, and engage in month-end closures and process improvement initiatives. Strong technical accounting skills are paramount, coupled with the ability to provide actionable insights through detailed financial analysis. Your attention to detail will ensure compliance and support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct month-end and year-end accounting activities

• Prepare financial statements and account reconciliations

• Manage financial systems integration and accuracy

• Support internal and external audit requirements

• Provide financial insights to cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
