The Billings Analyst plays a crucial role in managing timely and accurate billing for our customers at Precision Drilling. In this position, you will analyze daily reports and coordinate with various departments to rectify discrepancies. Your work will uphold our commitment to financial accuracy and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and review drilling invoices according to contractual obligations

• Analyze activity reports and validate billing accuracy

• Work closely with Finance and Operations to resolve billing issues

• Organize and maintain well files and associated documentation

• Assist with month-end processes and customer queries

Requirements:

• High school diploma; billing/accounting experience preferred

• Proficiency in SAP and a quick learner of new software

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities

• Able to perform under pressure while meeting deadlines
