Position: Lead MNP CPA Program Manager

As a manager, you will coordinate the CPA program's execution, from compliance activities to mentorship initiatives. Partnering with internal teams and CPA provincial agencies, you’ll implement best practices that align with MNP’s mission while championing the growth of CPA candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance and governance of CPA Program

• Coordinate CPA Certification program activities

• Monitor student progress and maintain records

• Develop training materials in collaboration with Learning & Development

• Establish best practices aligned with CPA requirements

Requirements:

• 4+ years relevant public accounting experience

• 2 to 4 years in management roles

• Strong understanding of CPA Certification processes

• Demonstrated leadership and relationship-building abilities

• Familiarity with educational program design is advantageous
