Residential Division Accounting Supervisor

You will coordinate bank reconciliation, utility accounting, and treasury operations, while ensuring compliance and efficiency in financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate processing of financial transactions daily

• Lead the resolution of discrepancies in reconciliations

• Direct month-end and year-end accounting activities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

• Promote cross-functional knowledge sharing and teamwork

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

• 5+ years in accounting with supervisory experience

• Strong grasp of internal controls and financial reporting

• Proven track record in process improvement initiatives

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills
