Position: Precision Drilling Accounts Payable Lead
Join Precision Drilling as the Team Lead for Accounts Payable in Calgary, Alberta. This in-office position requires leadership, detail orientation, and financial integrity.

In this role, you will supervise and mentor AP Analysts to ensure the timely processing of invoices. You’ll tackle complex vendor disputes, promote strong team coordination, and explore automation initiatives to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and coordinate workload for AP Analysts

• Ensure compliance in invoice processing for U.S. and Canadian operations

• Act as primary escalator for complex AP issues

• Collaborate on discrepancies with procurement and vendors

• Identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience

• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities

• Expertise in SAP S/4, VIM, and Microsoft Suite

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

• Focus on detail in a dynamic work environment
