Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and variances

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

• Manage accounts payable and receivable along with general accounting functions

• Establish strong internal controls to safeguard assets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience

• Familiarity with Net Suite for financial reporting

• Experience in the fasteners or tools industry is a plus

• Strong leadership and mentorship qualities
