As a pivotal member of the Service Department, the Service Billing Specialist will report directly to the Operations Manager. Candidates with 2 years of billing or accounting experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office are ideal for this position. Your main tasks will include compiling service job data and sending invoices, while also addressing customer billing inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate services completed by the team
• Review documentation for correlation with charges
• Apply stock or charges as needed
• Prepare billing materials for managerial approval
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in billing or finance
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team
