Accounts Payable Clerk

Position: Accounts Payable Clerk - Highfield Investment Group
Exciting opportunity at Highfield Investment Group for an Accounts Payable Clerk. Manage invoices and payments for diverse operations in a supportive entrepreneurial atmosphere.

This in-person clerk role will report to the Controller while ensuring precise processing of invoices and expense reports for casino and racetrack operations. The ideal candidate should be organized and detail-oriented, demonstrating the ability to manage various priorities and maintain high confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and financial reports efficiently

• Ensure adherence to payment deadlines and accuracy standards

• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality

• Assist in special accounting projects as they arise

• Follow established internal controls and procedures

Requirements:

• Educational background in accounting or related experience

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable practices

• Proficient in Excel, MS Office, and familiarity with Yardi is advantageous

• Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines

• Excellent communication for team coordination
