In this integral role, you will assist with payroll for around 750 employees, ensuring detailed and accurate handling of payroll records and daily cash office operations. This position provides invaluable experience and an opportunity to contribute to innovative financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for all employees

• Maintain detailed payroll records, including new hire processing

• Support the administration of time and attendance

• Conduct audits of daily sales and reconcile reports

• Issue change orders, petty cash, and handle bank deposits

Requirements:

• Certificate in Accounting, Payroll, or Business Administration

• Previous payroll and bookkeeping experience is required

• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a benefit
