This Controller position requires strong expertise in financial operations and governance, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and a CPA. With a minimum of 10 years in Finance roles, you will lead annual audits, budget cycles, and cash flow forecasting. Your collaborative efforts will enhance team development while managing key financial processes and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct financial reporting and variance analysis

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes

• Collaborate on payroll and workforce planning initiatives

• Oversee treasury operations and cash flow forecasts

• Manage compliance with taxation and accounting standards

Requirements:

• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) required

• 3-5 years of team leadership experience

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with auditing and financial statement preparation

• Master’s degree in related field is a plus
