• Validate invoice accuracy through analysis of daily activity reports

• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams

• Maintain thorough documentation in SharePoint systems

• Assist in month-end reconciliations and handle customer inquiries

Requirements:

• High school diploma; experience in oil and gas preferred

• SAP experience and aptitude for learning software

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Strong critical thinking and business acumen

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
