Intermediate Accounts Payable Analyst

Join a fixed-term contract as an Intermediate Accounts Payable Analyst in Calgary, AB. Enhance your skills managing full AP cycle processes including invoices, coding, and payments.

This role requires a minimum of three years of Accounts Payable experience.

You'll work with Open Invoice and Qbyte for processing invoices while maintaining communication with coworkers, management, and vendors. The objective is to ensure accuracy and efficiency, troubleshooting issues along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full AP cycle from receipt to payment

• Support weekly payment runs and verify approvals

• Process employee expense reports accurately

• Liaise with suppliers to resolve discrepancies

• Investigate and resolve invoice processing issues

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience

• One year of Qbyte FM and Open Invoice experience

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage a high volume of invoices
