Our client is looking for a seasoned Senior Tax Analyst to maintain Canadian regulatory compliance and provide technical guidance on tax legislation. The role demands strong corporate tax expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the capacity to navigate competing priorities. This position offers the opportunity to work on both tax provision accounting under ASC 740 and multi-jurisdictional issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quarterly and annual tax provision calculations

• Review Canadian corporate income tax filings and documentation

• Manage inquiries, notices, and audit requests from tax authorities

• Support global tax initiatives including transfer pricing

• Research legislative changes and technical accounting matters

Requirements:

• CPA designation with 5+ years in corporate tax

• Public accounting experience is an asset

• Knowledge of international tax matters preferred

• Proficiency with ERP systems like SAP is beneficial

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
