Team Lead Accounts Payable

Become the Accounts Payable Team Lead at Precision Drilling in Calgary, where leadership and financial oversight converge. This in-office role focuses on accurate invoice processing and team guidance.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will lead a team of analysts while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and timely invoice processing for both Canadian and U.S. accounts. You’ll resolve complex issues and foster productive vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee training and performance of AP Analysts

• Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing

• Handle complex vendor disputes and resolve issues

• Work alongside procurement to address discrepancies

• Conduct analysis on AP metrics for improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role

• Knowledge of accounting practices and tax regulations

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP systems

• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities

• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced atmosphere
