Position: U.S. Tax Manager at Andersen

In this Manager role, you'll guide the U.S. business tax team, overseeing the preparation and review of complex tax returns. Your strong technical knowledge will assist clients in navigating cross-border tax issues while leading a team in strategic tax planning initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead U.S. corporate tax compliance and reviews

• Conduct in-depth research on tax issues and draft memos

• Develop and suggest innovative tax planning ideas

• Mentor Associates and interns through coaching

• Manage complex consulting assignments and opportunities

Requirements:

• Preferred CPA or equivalent credentials

• At least 4 years of relevant U.S. tax experience

• Proven ability to organize and analyze complex information

• Strong proficiency in tax preparation software

• Adaptable in managing deadlines in a collaborative setting
