The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting and significant experience in commercial real estate accounting. You will ensure compliance with regulations, support budget preparation, and maintain effective communication with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete timely financial statements and reports

• Oversee full cycle accounting and controls

• Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations

• Manage tenant account reconciliation and audits

• Conduct analysis of balance sheets and financial records

Requirements:

• University degree or college diploma in accounting

• Minimum 2 years of full cycle accounting experience

• Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices

• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager is advantageous
