Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and evaluate accounting records and financial reports

• Analyze acquisition and loan documents for financial effects

• Maintain amortization and tax schedules for investment properties

• Complete monthly billing and collections activities

• Ensure correct financial information through general ledger analysis

Requirements:

• Minimum two years' experience in accounting/finance

• Knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with Quick Books is essential

• Strong analytical and organizational skills
