We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Operations Accountant with a strong background in finance and a minimum of three years' experience, particularly in real estate or property management. Responsibilities include preparing journal entries, supporting month-end activities, managing purchase order accruals, and conducting financial analyses for operational excellence. Engage in improving accounting processes and maintaining compliance with our financial policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and record journal entries for various expenses

• Assist in month-end close and financial reporting

• Manage and reconcile purchase orders effectively

• Ensure timely job order closing in Yardi

• Support budget preparation and financial forecasting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience

• Expertise in accrual accounting and month-end processes

• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reconciliation

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
