The Crowe Mac Kay Calgary office is looking for a full-time experienced Bookkeeper. In this role, you will utilize cloud-based software like Xero and QBO for full-cycle bookkeeping. Your contributions will ensure accurate financial reporting and enhance client relationships through excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping utilizing cloud-based systems

• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and capital asset details

• Prepare regular financial reports and sales tax calculations

• Execute payroll duties, including T4/T5 preparations

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and team members

Requirements:

• 2+ years in full-cycle bookkeeping or related fields

• Proficiency in cloud accounting tools (Xero, QBO)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Active certifications in accounting software preferred

• Understanding of sales taxes and source deductions
