Position: Full-Time Accounting Clerk at Eastside Kia
Join Eastside Kia’s accounting team as a Full-Time Accounting Clerk. This position seeks candidates with dealership accounting experience, focusing on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and reconciliations.

The successful candidate will possess at least two years of automotive dealership accounting experience and demonstrate strong skills in attention to detail and organization. You'll be responsible for vendor payments, customer account management, and general accounting functions while contributing to the smooth operation of the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile vendor statements and manage AP schedules

• Process monthly customer statements and daily deposits

• Perform general accounting duties including reconciliations

• Assist with payroll and HR administration when needed

• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of dealership accounting experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines

• Experience with CDK or PBS management systems is a plus
