Position: Bookkeeper with NetSuite Experience
Elevate your accounting career as a Bookkeeper focused on full-cycle financial management. This hybrid role involves managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and various reconciliation tasks.

In this position, you will engage in comprehensive financial tasks such as vendor setup, billing reconciliation, and credit card transactions. With 2-3 years of hands-on experience required, you will support the Head of Finance while maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of all accounting duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable and payable processes

• Code and reconcile media invoices as needed

• File source documents in an organized manner

• Post and reconcile daily credit card transactions

• Provide ad hoc finance support during team coverage

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in full-cycle accounting roles

• Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance

• Proficient in Net Suite, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace

• Strong attention to detail with a reliable work ethic

• Ability to work under competing deadlines independently
