Key Responsibilities:

• Generate accurate service invoices and monitor margins

• Communicate invoicing details and obtain purchase orders

• Approve work orders and verify purchase order accuracy

• Review aged reports with Accounts Receivable

• File service invoices and maintain records accurately

Requirements:

• Diploma/certificate in Business Administration or office experience

• Minimum 2 years relevant office experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of financial processes and tools

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments
